BlindNav is designed to assist visually impaired individuals. By using our app, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have the permission of a guardian.

3. Use of the App

BlindNav uses the Gemini AI API to provide real-time navigation prompts based on visual data captured by your device’s camera. Please be aware that while we strive to offer accurate guidance, the AI-generated prompts are not 100% accurate, and there may be errors or delays in the information provided.

You agree to use BlindNav as an aid and not as a substitute for personal judgment or additional assistance. We do not take responsibility for any decisions you make based on the app's guidance.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the minimum requirements to use the app, including a stable internet connection. Additionally, you are responsible for any data charges incurred while using the app.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Limitation of Liability

BlindNav and its developers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, injury, loss of data, or financial loss. Use of the app is at your own risk.

All content, including but not limited to the design, text, and images used in BlindNav, is the intellectual property of BlindNav and its developers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission. But we are open source and we have provided the code of our app on Github so the person who want to contribute with new ideas or developers who find any type of errors then you may reffer there.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the app after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
